Welcome to Cutecutecrochet. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Handmade Products

All items are handmade with care. Because each piece is individually crafted, slight variations in size, color, and appearance are normal and make every item unique.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

To place a custom or personalized order, please email us with as much detail as possible about your request. We will respond as soon as possible to discuss your design, estimated completion time, shipping information, and total price.

Please note that some custom requests may be more complex and require additional time to complete.

Once both the buyer and seller agree on the custom order details, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the order is shipped.

Because custom items are made specifically for you, changes may not be possible once work has started. If you need to make a change, please contact us by email as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please remember that handmade items, especially custom dolls and detailed creations, require time to complete. Estimated completion times will be discussed through email and updates will be provided throughout the process.

3. Payment

Full payment is required before any non-custom order is made or shipped unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship items will be shipped within 3 business days.

  • Custom orders typically require 5–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and our current order volume.

  • We will keep you updated by email throughout the creation process.

  • Processing times may increase during holidays or periods of high demand.

5. Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping only to (USA).

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or we sent the incorrect item.

  • Ready-made items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Colors & Materials

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and differences in dye lots.

9. Product Care

Care instructions will be provided when applicable. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper washing, drying, handling, or general misuse.

10. Safety Notice

Some items may contain small parts and are not intended for infants or young children unless specifically stated. Adult supervision is recommended when appropriate.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, logos, product descriptions, patterns, and other content are the property of Cutecutecrochetand may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

12. Privacy

Customer information is used solely to process orders, provide customer service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your personal information except when necessary to fulfill your order or as required by law.
